historical data

Hi

When I log on, my historical data is kept on a 1 min chart, but when i change it to a tick or secound chart it i lose all my recorded data, it even happens if i switch from a 1 min chart to a 2min chart. again i lose all date that has been recorded on a 1min chart.....

Not sure what I have done, but this as only happen the last 2 days, before this, it was working fine any help ?

Can you please tell me what data feed provider you are connected to. Check at the link below if they support historical tick/minute data.

Make sure you have "Store real-time bar data" enabled under Tools-->Options-->Data-tab.
