OnMarketDepth is not being executed

Hello,

I'm connected to my live Kinetic datafeed...and I've got a simple indicator that prints a message when OnMarketDepth() is executed (code attached).

Unfortunately, it shows that I'm not getting any execution of OnMarketDepth().


How can I get OnMarketDepth() to execute?

Is your Kinetick account enabled for Level II/Market Depth data? Please contact Kinetick directly to confirm if your account is enabled to receive Level II/Market Depth data for the instrument(s) you're using:

Thanks Patrick...so that would be the ONLY reason why it wouldn't be executing, right?

There's no platform setting that's restricting the execution?

From the information you've provided, this is the only cause that is immediately apparent.

I mention this because I've had 2 customers mention that their OnMarketDepth() features have suddenly dropped out...and are no longer available.

So I need to know what factors prevent the execution of the OnMarketDepth() method call.
