In market replay, every day (new session) I have to reset the default for Text (F12) and Line (F2) because it is not retained beyond by the current session

After you modified the drawing object, please click "Set Default".
I suggest to save a chart template as well.
Open up the template in your chart in a future session and check if the drawing objects use the saved settings. -
i have been using 'set default'...as i said, i have 'to reset' it each time...even though i save workspace
