NT7 shut down

Hi, I normally trade, but today- without any order or send request- NT shutdown and now don´t work. I don´t know what to do now. After start NT7 there is pop up the window that is necessary to set my login and pass, I set it and choose kontinium live, but it happen nothing. NT7 start but there is not possible to connect live and in connections (add new) there is no posibility to choose continium....please could you help me? Thank you, Jiri

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.?)
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
• Does this symptom persist if you restart your PC?
