Reloaded NT7 not connecting to live account

Good Morning,
My NT7 was running very slow after years of adding indicators, etc. So I did a fresh install today. Everything went fine and I have a green box in lower left. My broker is NT Brokerage (Continuum) so I input my user and password for my live data and acct. File -> "Global Simulation Mode" is greyed out and cannot be changed and I am unable to get out of simulator mode. Under Options - Simulator - I have unchecked "Always Start in Simulation". Furthermore in upper right it has "Open LIve Account" which I have never seen before.

Thoughts?

Thank you for your post.

This indicates that you likely have not input your live license key into the platform. You can do this by going to the control center and clicking help > License Key and entering your live key.
