i can't see data feed Hang seng index

hello
i installed NT7 and i connected continuum successfully and can see data feed of ES and other kind of index but when i added hang seng index i couldn't see incoming data feed and only can see blank chart!
pls help me !

This is due to the CQG/NinjaTrader Continuum not recording data for these contracts, resulting in blank charts on opening or reload - no data is available. I will however forward a note to our development team regarding possibly recording these contracts for future consideration.
