    I have a question

    My platform is running ok but when I look at the log tab on the control panel I see a whole bunch of "failed to call method" and "error on calling" Just curious about this. Why is that happening and what would I have to do to clear it up? Like I said everything is working ok I'm just curious as to why this is showing up in my log file? Thanks..

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

    * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    * Right click on the 'log' and a'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
