    Ninjatrader app stopped working message

    Each time now when I open my workspace (8 charts) a message box pops up with the following: "Ninjatrader application has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Ninjatrader does not freeze and crash - the message box just stays there. If I close the box Ninjatrader shuts down and so goes the cycle. I don't know if the workspace is corrupted or what. I tried repairing the database and resetting the instruments - no change. Appreciate any help.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

    * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    * Right click on the 'log' and a'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
