12 and 24hr times

Hi, just noticed after x years that when I right click on a Price bar in the
Price window the time is in 24hrs
and when I right click on an Indicator in the Indicator window the time is 12hrs

in the bottom frame the time is 24hrs

can I change the Price window time to 12hrs, and how do I do that ? and
would that also change the bottom frame time to 12hrs which would be ok.

oh and is there a way to permanently set the Forum's frame size to 'Fluid width' ?

Thanks for the note.

All charts default to 24h format. Unfortunately, there is not a way to change that setting.
