Can not connect to Continuum

Hello Rayan,
when I want to start Ninja i get this error message:
login failed: network connection to the order routing system is unavailable
as i read your answer to another Member I restart the router and do the steps that you told him.
But I have the Problem further , so no connection to the Continuum.

So please help me.

Can you please clarify if you have any Antivirus or Firewall programs at this time?

Only Windows Firewall and Avira.

Can you please add NinjaTrader to the exceptions list at this time? This may also be referred to as Allowed Programs.

Ninja Trader is on the list. Same error message. I disabled the Firewall and I still have the same problem.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
Within the body of the email please add:
