Can't get a chart for S&P 400 Midcap

This symbol is already in the instrument manager. I check the symbol for IQFeed and updated it to @EMD (this is the symbol reported on IQFeed's site):

@EMDV8C83250             E-MINI S&P MIDCAP 400 OCT 2008                                                   CME                                                          @EMDV8C83500             E-MINI S&P MIDCAP 400 OCT 2008                                                   CME

But when I open a chart it's blank. ES, NQ, & YM all work for me. Anyone know why EMD wouldn't work?

If your broker confirms you are authorized to receive this data, then please report back to us the datafeed you are connecting to, any error messages that appear when selecting the EMD and the exact steps to re-produce so we can further investigate.
