TRINQ and IB

I am trying to plot a chart of ^TRINQ using IB as my data source. Whenever I try do this I get this error:



"Error loading chart data for "~TRINQ Nasdaq": Historical Market Data Service error message: No market data permissions for NASDAQ IND.


TRIN and NT7 seem to work just fine. I add TRIN to the instrument manager and under the Misc panel it maps to TRIN-NYSE. Then there is no trouble displaying historical TRIN data.



But what I want is to get TRIN-NASD (TRINQ) from IB to display. TRIN-NASD shows up just fine in TWS though.

Thank you for your post. First, please use the guide below to verify the correct setup and version of TWS is downloaded and in use.

I also suggest verifying if delayed data is in use or live data via TWS - delayed data is not supported. Also, please see if requesting less historical data is able to resolve the error.
