what happens when license expires?

like the title says, what happens when the live trading license expires? and in my case, i had a message pop up today that said my expiration is oct 9th.. does that mean i can trade through the 9th? will it expire 10-09-08 11:59PM?

If your license key has an expiration date of October 9th, 2008, you can trade up til 11:59pm on October 8th. Once the expiration date of the license appears, the license will be reset to simulation only and you must re-subscribe.
