Here is a basic guideline of how to Import NinjaScripts.

To import NinjaScripts you will need the original .zip file.

To Import

1. Download the NinjaScripts to your desktop, keep them in the compressed .zip file.
2. From the Control Center window select the menu File> Utilities> Import NinjaScript
3. Select the downloaded .zip file
4. NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.

Critical - Specifically for some NinjaScripts, it will prompt that you are running newer versions of @SMA, @EMA, etc. and ask if you want to replace, press 'No'

Once installed, you may add the indicator to a chart by:

• Right click your chart > indicators > Select the Indicator from the list on the left > New > OK

No I want a alert when price is a certain specified point from Globex High or Low. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

You could do this by adding a "Current Day OHL" indicator to your chart then using it as a comparison for your alert.

• Once you have added the indicator, right click in your chart and select Alerts.
• Name your alert and configure your rearm properties.
• Below the conditions box click "add"
  • In the Conditions box, on the left hand side select you Price data.
  • In the comparison dropdown select the comparison you would like to use
  • In the right hand side open the indicators folder by clicking it and select your "CurrentDay OHL" indicator.
  • In the properties below the right column change the plot to Current High.
  • Use the Offset field to offset this value by a number.
  • Set the offset type to ticks or the other appropriate choice to match your value.
  • Click OK
• In the Actions field click add
  • Click "Show a popup"
  • Click ok.
• Click OK on the alerts window.

Now when your conditions are met, a popup box will appear with the name of your alert in it.

There is no alerts system in NinjaTrader 7.

However, you may be able to program this in the platform using Custom NinjaScript.
