I have a question

Just lost connection on Gain feed. Tried to reconnect and got a message that login 'failed to connect to the rates interface systems net sockets socket exception An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host at system net sockets Socket receive (byte)[] buffer. int3'
Tried connecting via another computer and same message.

A nyone else having the same problem or ideas on fixing?

Thank you for your post. I was able to successfully connect without error when testing the connection.

The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.

Let us know if you see the same error after taking these steps.
