exported data - what time zone?

Hi there, I have a pile of data that was exported by someone else from NT in tick form.

    ie.

    20080405 000223;1675.00;2

What timezone should I assume this is assuming? I can backcheck with quote services to see times for that particular quote. But I'd like to know how NT handles this for sure.

    Thanks

It's the local timezone of the PC where the data is exported.

That's not useful then, in fact it's poor design.

May I put in a request that all exported data is centralized to GMT or something known?

Having to go through a 2nd historical set to match up what hours my data corresponds to is not really an acceptable solution, it scales poorly.

      Thanks

Thanks for your suggestion. We'll add it to the list of future considerations.
