Index charts not showing up in charts

I was hoping someone could help me out here. I am trying to bring up the charts on the us indexes..comp/indu/spx. I am going into the instrument tab-clicking on indexes and chosing comp. But when I open the chart, nothing is coming up for any of the indexes. It is working for stocks and futures, just no index charts. Can anyone help me out here. Thanks in advance..Marketspath

Who is your data provider? Maybe your data service does not support these instruments?

I tested the connection to Barchart.com on my pc and was able to successfully get data for the COMP, SP500 and TICK indices.


Please verify with Barchart.com that you are authorized for data from them for index data since these instruments are supported.


If the problem persists, please let us know.
