Hello all. When I click my ninjatrder 7 icon it began the charge window, but in seconds it autoexit the charge and it dont apears a error window
itried reinstalling and still doesnt work

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2393907 Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

Ok now it works, but i have a trial forex demo codes and dont know how to conect data in my ninja 7
Which provider name should i use in new conections box in N7 if trial?

that instructions are for ninjatrder 8 . I do the same in ninja 7 and it auto exit ninjawhen i conect FXCM with ninja fx trial(see first post)
