BarChart historical data

Hi,

I subscribed BarChart last month. I use IB TWS for real time data and barchart for historical data.
In the morning I upload historical data from barchart, after I disconnect barchart and I connect TWS. The problem is the barchart data is incorrect, the candle and a lot of shadows are wrong like the image below.
Is it the problem of barchart or I do a mistake when I set barchart data in my NT?

NinjaTrader acts like a radio receiver in that we display data as it is provided.
