The chart does not "follow" the price/Does not move according to the canddestick bars

Hello (sorry my English is a little bad). I don´t know what happens but the chart does not move according to the candlestick bars. I tried to solve it researching in Data Series and Properties but I could not do it. Also, this chart has the same configuration as another one that does not have this problem. I hope you can understand what I mean. Thanks!
