NinjaTrader 7 won't uninstall

When I try to uninstall NT7 windows says that has no access to c:/windows/system32/msiexec.exe and the uninstall stops.
I checked and the file is there.
Is there a way to manually uninstall NT7?

Glad to assist. I suggest running the below, publicly available Fix It utility by Microsoft. This program is able to look into many Windows items that may be stopping the installation, first use it to Uninstall NinjaTrader.

Then, Once these steps are completed, download and install NinjaTrader from the link below using our simulation license key (make sure NinjaTrader is closed).
