Not receiving esignal data for SGX

Price of SGX Nikkei225 stopped. Has the esignal mapping symbol NI|SI changed?

I have been informed by a customer eSignal changed symbols for SGX contracts.

Could you please try NK and check if this symbol mapping will work.

Tried NK|SI but doesn't work. Could you please find out the full mapping symbol ?

Could you please try just NK as the symbol mapping and NK|SGX.

Neither works. My chart only displays data up to 9/30/08. There's no data update for October. I am looking at the 12/08 contract.

I suggest contact eSignal and check if their change of symbols of the instruments traded on the Singapore exchange have any effect on third party applications, such as NinjaTrader.

If I check their symbol mapping guide, the correct symbol mapping should be NK|SGX.

Please include your eSignal username and password, so I can test the NK on my end, while connected to your connection.
