TD AMERITRADE Login Failed

I have an account with TD Ameritrade and I have followed the Ninjatrader7 connection guide for TD AMERITRADE however I still cannot connect. I have double checked my user name and password multiple times and it still says 'Login failed: Unable to login'

Please keep in mind that effective January 1st, 2020, TD Ameritrade will no longer support the API in use by NinjaTrader 7. As a result, all users connecting through TD Ameritrade must upgrade to NinjaTrader 8 to avoid a lapse in service. Here is an advisory on this subject:

So a better solution here, if you're just starting, may be to use NinjaTrader 8 instead of NinjaTrader 7.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.?)
• Do the credentials you're using to log in to NinjaTrader 7 work in Think or Swim or on TD Ameritrade's website?
