Help please. Login failed. Network connection to order routing system is unavailable.

Hi! NT version is 7.0.1000.40. I can't connect to demo. Error's Login failed. Network connection to order routing system is unavailable. I tried anything. I added it to exception for Firewall, anti-virus but this's not effective. I did resetup and etc. What is the problem ? I can send Document - NinjaTrader 7 - log and trace folders if someone can understands it and helps.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2359153" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
