NinjaTrader running even after exiting

it's been a while after I exited NT7.
however, in a hour or so, i've noticed my CPU is all way again busy.
in Task manager, found:


there haspnt happened a crash or like that as i remember, just after resuming back from suspended laptop state, the kinetick datafeed kept connecting/disconnecting loop (btw, such thing happens with my NT8 too) probably something caused internal exception and some process was not exited.
when i closed nt, seems it still kept running in background.


just for your note to avoid something like this to happen with nt8.

Hello ttodua,

The computer cannot be allowed to sleep or hibernate while NinjaTrader 7 or NinjaTrader 8 is running.

You will need to shutdown NinjaTrader before walking away, or you will need to set the Windows power options to prevent sleeping or hibernating.

There is a known issue with Kinetick failing to reconnect after hibernating or sleeping. This has not been reported with NinjaTrader 8, however sleeping and hibernating is not supported for NinjaTrader 8.

just frankly speaking - about your mentioned restriction:
it's about 5th year, i am just shuttind down/sleeping and resuming pc, while i have NT running.
havent experienced any other problem.
