Data not downloading for GC 08-18 contract in NT7

I am trying to bring up a chart with the GC 08-18 symbol, and the data is not loading for NinjaTrader 7. All the other data for instruments I trade loads fine. (ES, 6E, YM, RTY, etc).

How can I fix this ? I'm using CQG for my data connection.

08-18 is the correct contract month for GC.

Have you reset instruments since updating?

Try:

1. Disconnect from any connections
2. Click Tools -> Options... -> select the Data tab
3. Click the Reset Instruments button -> Shutdown NinjaTrader
4. Open (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache\
5. Delete all files within this folder
6. Go up one directory to the \db\ folder
7. Repeat this procedure for the tick, minute, and day folders as well to delete your downloaded historical data
8. Restart NinjaTrader
9. Connect

Open a new chart without any indicators or templates applied to see if you are able to load a chart.

This initial load may take a little longer than normal since all new data is being loaded from the historical data servers. After everything has loaded please restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you continue to experience a slow load time.
