Apple stock 2 min historical data probleme

Hello friends,

I Need help about downloading historical data for apple stock on 2 min timeframe . i use kinetick connection.

when i download historic for daily timeframe on apple stock , i can see candlesticks on chart. But when i tried to watch my apple chart on 2 min time frame nothing appeared.

I have read a lot solution and try a lot of them, but nothing working. I HAVE TRY NINJA TRADER 7 AND NINJA TRADER 8 , the problem is the same. i can connect to any providers for historical data and download historic for daily but on lower timeframe is not possible.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, this connection only provides historical daily data and greater. You would not be able to load any intraday data such as minute data on your charts with this connection, you'd need to open a live Kinetick account in order to have access to this data if you wanted to continue using Kinetick. Otherwise, you'll need to connect to a different data provider that provides equities data to the platform.
