I was wondering in the new update if there has been locking up issues

the chart locks up after a few minutes

We are not receiving wide-spread reports of lockup issues which began after upgrading to the latest version (currently 8.0.14.1). We'll need to investigate further to find out why your NinjaTrader/PC is experiencing these symptoms.

To attach your log and trace files to that email:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
