Yes, you can access the Static SuperDOM through Global Futures. There is no confirmed date as of v6 release, but it looks like a possible ETA within the next few months.

May I pay the eSignal intraday back fill service in the same way? how much it costs now, and how it works (automated backfill when I open the platform at whatever time?)

You cannot purchase the eSignal backfill data from NT. Please send a note to [email protected] for subscribing to backfill data. The current cost is $30/month.
