NT7 Setup error

When trying to install the NT7 setup I have the following error:
Failed to download NinjaTrader.
I already tried downloading the antivirus and the firewall
Please help me

Please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that we may provide a private direct link to the msi installer.
