Upgrading NT 6.5

    Upgrading NT 6.5

    I want to address a chart freeze issue by upgrading from v6.5.1000.5 to 1000.6 (I have checked through the points on the relevant sticky).

    I cannot find clear instructions on the correct upgrade procedure :

    * Should I uninstall the current version first ?
    * How do I preserve my current workspace and templates, or do I have to save to another location first, then import ?

    Hello,

    Please uninstall NT from Control Panel>Add/remove programs then install the new one.

    All of your workspaces and templates will be saved.
