My volume and tick data is not complete

Hi pmaglio and/or insomniac !

What are your ''days back'' setting, when you open a chart ? Does this also happen with "small'' charts (e.g. 150 tick, 5 days back) ?

Are there any signs of memory restrictions (Alert: '''Unable to load the selected amount of chart data...') ? Any colored messages in the log tab ?

Can please one or both of you send me your trace files ? Please use the help -> mail to support function, make sure you check 'trace files' and insert my address (christian AT ninjatrader DOT com) in the 'to'-field.

Something has happened, because the gaps are gone in both of my PC's......and I did anything on any of them....
What happened ? Have you fixed something in Ninja, zenfire, or databases ?

btw : the problem is fixed, and we are all happy !

Nothing has changed on our side so we would not know what happened although we are happy!
