    Ninjatrader is unable to connect to its license servers

    Hello

    I get this error

    Ninjatrader is unable to connect to its license servers

    when i add indicators which I have purchased

    can you pls help?

    The licensing servers are up at this time.

    Which release of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? (Help -> About)

    If you unplug the modem and router for 60 seconds and reboot the computer, does the license verify when starting NinjaTrader?

        Hi
        NT7 is unable today also on my side but no error message... it is not launching. Also Esignal is unable to connect... can you help ?

          Hello saumil,

          Is the behavior still occurring?

          It looks like the NinjaTrader license verified.

          Thomas79, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that we may request your configuration file and disable connect on startup to test.
          In the email please include a link to this forum thread.
