changing CQG password

Hi,
I using NinjaTrader7 with CQG as my live data provider.
When I setup the connection from NinjaTrader7 to CQG I need to provide a password. I would like to change this password as it is old.
How do I do that?

I contacted CQG with the same request and they told me to talk to you.

Hello Yaron,

Thank you for your post. The connection ID and password can be updated via Tools > Account Connections > Select your connection and press 'Change.'

Press 'Next' until the page with log in details are shown. Once entered, press Next and Finish to complete the process. You can then test the connection via File > Connect.

So I changed the password and now I get a "login failed: Invalid User or Password" message.
This password was provided to me by CQG itself. How am I supposed to change the CQG password from Ninjatrader? Don't I need to change it with CQG first?

That is correct, the login itself will need to be changed first. You will need to reset the ID or Password with the broker. Once you have the new information, the steps from my last post go over making the change within NinjaTrader.
