connecting on 2nd computer

Hi there,

I tested running ninja thru Interactive Brokers on my laptop to make sure it worked alongside my esignal. Now when I am trying to set up the connection on my desktop trading computer, there is no interactive brokers on the drop down menu.

Can i only have it set up once? Can i remove the connection from my laptop and set it up only on my desktop?

Debbie,

Is your license entered on your desktop? Check under Help--> License Key.

In addition, re-enter it again. Does an error message pop up saying the license is invalid?

If so, it could be your license is entered incorrectly, check to see if there any open spaces at the beginning or at the end. The software is case sensitive.

Otherwise disable your firewall settings, then re-enter the license and see if takes.
