Ninjatrader brokerate data not working this weekend?

Hi,
Since Friday after market close or Sat morning (est) I have been unable to get any data. I am a NT brokerage customer and have a good, normal green connection. When I try and create a new chart nothing loads. I have reset DB and instruments. Is NT data doing maintenance this weekend or other ideas?

Downloading NT7 replay data not working

Having issue downloading replay data for NT7 since Friday as well.

NinjaTrader used to have folks on call to check these things over the weekend. Hopefully that kicks in sometime prior to Sunday evening open.

I am currently able to download data from the NinjaTrader Market Replay servers using both NinjaTrader 7 and NInjaTrader 8 on my end.

Please restart NinjaTrader and try downloading the replay data once more.

If you are unable to download after restarting, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com, so that we may request your log and trace files.

I have restarted NinjaTrader. The NQ 06-18 is missing 5/4 data. It jumps from 5/3/2018 23:30:51 to 5/6/2018 15:01:26 - What happened to 5/4/2018 Friday's data?

Rebooter router now ok

I have tried downloading from several different machines located in several different locations with different internet ISPs. I had to reboot the router in each of them to get them connected to the NT7 database.
