tdameritrade connection

I have downloaded NT 6.5 and connected to TD Ameritrade... The control center says connected but I cannot get charts to load.

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

Thank you for your post.

What is the stock you're looking at? Can you also check for error messages in the log tab of the control center after selecting your stock.

In adddition, please let me know what kind of chart you're looking at and at what interval.

td ameritrade connection

Thank you for your quick reply..I am trying to load a 1 min ES chart... I have changed the contract to Dec 08 but still not getting any chart.

Hi Debbie,

With TDA we only support Stocks. Futures are not supported.
