Data feeds: Kinetic vs Interactive Brokers

I decided to try a Kinetick data feed (trading euro futures) because I heard IB data is 'packetised' somewhat, and not quite as accurate as it could be.

So I connected to the Kinetick connection first, then the IB connection (in NT7), but the charts I'm getting with Kinetic are WAY different to the charts I'm getting with IB data - like the current price is a few ticks different, and the charts are very different.

Am I missing something? I don't understand how they could be so different.

edit: looks like I'm getting data from Kinetick delayed by 10 minutes...

It sounds like you may not have real-time subscriptions from Kinetick. Please reach out to Kinetick directly to confirm your real-time data subscriptions:
