eSignal Delayed data

Dear all,
I subscribed delayed data from eSignal. Realtime data works well, however I am not getting delayed data. I contacted eSignal, and they told me I have to put [space]#f behind the symbol at mapping table. I did it, and see data in eSignal Data manager, however not at NT. Please, can you give me an advice what to do?

Hi Ben,
I am trying to get data for example orange juice (OJ). eSignal symbol is JO however for delayed data their are using symbol JO #f, as adviced at eSignal support. I changed this symbol at instrument manager, however it do not work

Try: #F

Using a capital "F". We do not have access to delayed data from out test connection so we cannot test it.

This seems to be for continuous contracts, but it might work.

Also, have you tried just using the normal symbol?

Hi Ben,
thank you for your help! I do not need #f at the end, however I need to choose continous contract ##-## and on eSignal Data Manager at Data-Time Synchronization uncheck "Synchronize Computer Clock"
