Dual connection

Hi,

if I launch NT7 and connect to Kinetick (paid realtime) and launch NT8 and connect to Kinetick too, (which you would only do carelessly, not on purpose) it locks up both NinjaTrader apps with an unclickable message box advising of the "Kinetick Disconnect enforced by 2nd login to the same account". In this state both Ninjas still have green connected lights - it is like they are continually fighting to log back on.

Hello erichuff, thanks for your post.

I will need to see about testing a kinetic account that will only allow one login to see if I get the same problem. I will post back here once I get more info.

I am unable to replicate this on my end so far. So that we may investigate I would ask that you contact us by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. We will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20190826.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
