NT7 not working after using NT8

NT7 not working after using NT8
I have been using NinjaTrader 8 but wanted to look at an indicator that is available only for NT7. Shut down NT8, and started 7. The program appears to come up, connects to the data sources, and loads the appropriate workspace and templates. However, the charts remain blank. I have not changed anything since the last time I used it successfully, again after using NT8 and shutting 8 down. Much interested in what's going on here and how to fix it. Thanks.Tags: None

Hello PBreen,
If you haven't used the platform in a while and you also use Futures instruments my first guess would be to check the rollovers in your charts. If that is not the case, can you check the log tab to see if any warnings/errors are present?
Can you also test opening a new chart to one of the instruments you commonly use to check if that can load?

Thanks for the thoughts. I was using NT7 for a while just yesterday, so I don't think it's a rollover issue....
Yes. Still no clue why the existing charts weren't populated, but a new ES chart works fine. I will just rebuild that workspace.
