missing price data

just started NT7 with the CQG feed and there's data missing between 6:46am and 7:35am PST

what was the cause of the data loss ?

The NinjaTrader 7 historical data server experienced a brief issue which has since been resolved. To resolve on your end, restart NinjaTrader.

If you still notice any gap, right-click on your chart and select 'reload all historical data'.

I have reloaded all historical data 10 times, and still have that gap...what's the fix?

Same here i.e. the data gap remains present even after having used "reload all historical data" and restarting NT7.
Please help.

FYI im missing data from 10am to 11am

Now, everything's there, meaning no more gap in the Friday chart. Thanks.
Hope it stays that way and the problem with the NT7 historical data server were fixed for good.

When there is any issue which causes gaps in the historical data servers, these gaps will be backfilled (if possible) during the next maintenance period. Maintenance can only occur while markets are closed between Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.
