    Las velas nose mueven

    Tengo una pregunta , abro la grafica del futuro del DAX (FDAX) aunque no se mueven las velas, debo cerrar y volver abrir y se actualiza los datos aunque se queda parado y no avanza. Que debo hacer?

    el mensaje es el siguiente
    BAR TIMER DISABLED SINCE EITHER YOU ARE DISCONNECTED OR CURRENT TIME IS PUTSIDE SESSION TIME OR CHART END DATE


    Que deberia hacer? ademas de este futuro estoy con el E mini Sp ese si se mueven las velas.

    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Include ticket number 2238107 in the body of the email.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Como puedo subir una carpeta compromida cuando me sale un mensaje indicando " que no puedo subir archivos con extesion .RAR" en la imagen adjunto lo muestra.

        The most common cause for what you're experiencing is a lack of real-time enablements from your connected data provider for the instrument you're viewing (FDAX). Who are you connected to? Is this a demo data feed or a paid subscription?

        We're asking for you to send us an email so we can help you more accurately. Please follow the instructions in post #2 precisely.

        Alternatively, follow these steps to send us the files we need from directly within your NinjaTrader 7:
        • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support
        • Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
        • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2238107 ATTN EricB
