With the original post, it may be that the system files with the current installation are corrupted or missing.

It may help to uninstall NinjaTrader, delete the NinjaTrader 7 folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\, and re-install.

Thanks ChelseaB, NT7 issue resolved with new installation. However, my previous issues with NT8 13.1 persist. Already sent 2 emails to platformsupport. Hopefully they get resolved and I don't have to migrate back to NT7.
