Do not have real time over BTC or XBT in NT7

I do not have real time on BTC or XBT in ninjatrader 7 .

I moved your post to its own thread as it was not directly related to the previous thread you had replied to.

Please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.0)
  
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
  
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
  
• Have you confirmed with your data provider that you are enabled for real-time and historical bitcoin futures data? If not, please do so now.
  
• The current front month for both BTC and XBT is 04-18. What contract month are you viewing?
