Hello AndyM,
Thanks for posting to the forums.
What Session template are you using in your charts' Data Series? (right click the chart> Data Series) Is it the same timeframe as the other sources you are comparing to?
What data feed are you connecting to in NinjaTrader? Each data feed provider uses their own data and slight discrepancies may exist between providers.
What time frame are you looking at on the charts?
Ensure your clock is synced so that your local PC time is more in line with the time the data servers are running on as well:- Close NinjaTrader.
- Open the Windows Control Panel
- Select Date and Time
- Press 'Change time zone...'.
- Set the time zone and press 'OK'.
- Click on Internet Time tab.
- Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
- Ensure to check for a message under the Update button that says it was successful.
- If it did not properly sync, even after a few tries, try manually setting your PC clock and then syncing.
Your PC clock should now be updated. Check to see if you see any discrepancies after following these steps.
