Problem w/ NT7 loading fully

My NT7 will load the chart frames but do not populate the rest of the information. It looks as if it just stops loading. Haven't done anything different on or to computer; just tried to load up and start trading but it wouldn't load. First noticed this yesterday. Went through Task Manager to shut it down after it would start. Tried again today, and let it sit trying to load for over any hour while I did other things, and it still didn't load up. Suggestions on where to start diagnosing?

Hello mlbball15, thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forum.

It sounds like your cache might be corrupted and not finishing data loading. Pleae try resetting your NinjaTrader cache and try loading again.

Close out of NinjaTrader.
Navigate to Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db
Delete the "Cache" folder. A new one will be created when you start up NinjaTrader.
Restart NinjaTrader and test again.

Did as instructed. It is operational now. Thanks for the help. Will remember this in the future.
