FSMI 12-08 not working with TT or Zen-Fire feed

    FSMI 12-08 not working with TT or Zen-Fire feed

    Hello all,

    starting with the december contract (12-08)
    FSMI (Eurex[SW]) strangely stopped working
    properly... with TT it does not show at all,
    and with Zen-Fire it just shows an old price
    (seems from last friday or so) and no bid/ask
    data too. Maybe something to do with
    the datafeed from Eurex (Zen-Fire has
    switched to a new one here...)?

    Using IB data feed FSMI works fine.

    Has anyone else this problem?

    Hello,

    Please retest it when the market is open. If it still does not work, please tell me what you have on your misc and definitions tabs: Tools>Instrument Manager>Edit.

      Ben,

      i noticed this behaviour also with a fresh
      NinjaTrader-install (in a fresh virtual machine)
      using the standard Ninja-database, trying
      also 'reset instruments' and so on...
      every other symbol works and also FSMI
      works the way it should with IB, but not
      with TT or Zen-Fire... also this misbehaviour
      just started with the december contract 12-08,
      before it worked fine...

      Problems exist with V6.5.1000.6 and V6.0.1000.11,
      symbol for both TT and Zen-Fire is 'FSMI' and
      exchange is 'Eurex'.

      Has someone else noticed this? FSMI is
      not widely watched i know...

          Hello,

          I also am not able to get it working with the default settings. I may not have access to the instrument via my test connection.

          Please go to Tools>Instrument Manager>Edit and ask your broker about the information that needs to be entered on the Definition and Misc tabs for the FSMI.

            Hi...

            i have the same problem (reported time ago here:
            http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...ad.php?t=11918 ),

            and now that I have changed broker... having the same po-up error (see attach) so I'm not able to work on FSMI;

            I spoke with them (broker) and they can submit order for me... from their platform and I can see on chart... but I can't do it by myself in NT!

            May you help me?

            ps: in Nt, FSMI: future-exchange is EurexSw... instead in Pats is only Eurex! or there is something wrong with price?...

              Hi lumer, please connect to PATS only and bring up the Instrument Manager, then click on the small PATS icon on the right side and check if the FSMI is properly enabled for your account.

              If yes, please try checking if you can receive basic quotes in the Control Center Basic Order Entry window, if not, please send me your PATS connection details to support at ninjatrader dot com Attn Bertrand and I will test this for you and let you know shortly. Thanks!
