Continuous contract for MSCI Taiwan futures

I've successfully added the Taiwan futures contract (TW) traded on SGX. However, when I try to bring up the continuous contract (##-##) I just get a blank chart, while specifying the month e.g. 09-08 works fine.

My data provider is Esignal. I'm able to call up the continuous contracts for ES just fine.

Also, is there any way to combine the "morning" and "evening" symbols for TW together into one symbol?

Edit: Just checked and I have the same problem with the S&P/ASX 200 futures. Is this basically an issue with non-US instruments? Any workarounds out there?
