    log in problem fcm

    After several attempt to log in to my ninja 8 account platform ,a message display report that my password or username is invalid. this is a password/username sent to my email;
    now FCM pops up now.help to resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your post.

    If the FCM error is regarding the account being locked, you will need to contact your broker directly to unlock.

    If you still see the same after verifying any locks are removed, please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Include ticket number 2219179 in the body of the email.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      my brokers have this to say in response concerning my inability to log into my account.
      (Phillip Capital has no visibility to Ninja Trader’s trading platform. Please contact Ninja Trader for assistance.)

        It sounds like you may be using the incorrect provider and/or the incorrect login information. I'll need to know your license key, broker, and NinjaTrader version. Do not provide this information publicly. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2219179 ATTN Patrick G

            Same thing happened with me so I ended up making another account
